    Pygmalion takes responsibility for the products it manufactures, and plans to continue to provide administration(free/paid exchanges, maintenance, etc.) and benefits.

    Relevant matters will continue to be updated in the future.
    These kinds of follow-up services and benefits are limited to buyers of authentic Pygmalion goods,

    so please understand that these benefits cannot be offered to those with whom there is difficulty in verifying authenticity(verification of certificate or inscription) or if the inscription is not identical.




    In the case of damage as a result of customer negligence you will be able to receive a paid exchange service.

    The price for paid exchanges is different for each part, and the customer bears the round-trip delivery fee.

    If you send the part(s) that you wish to be exchanged as well as the delivery fee(advanced payment via Paypal) and production fee for the part(s) to Pygmalion, we will send you the new part(s).

    However, exchanges exclude parts that are being sold as individual units. Please be aware that, being a new part, the color may differ slightly to the body that you already possess.
